Responsibilities:
Identify learning needs of employees with a focus on educators and arrive at learning
outcomes to improve employee performance
Research, design and facilitate training programs ( in online as well as offline mode)
Track attendance records and learning growth records of employees
Evaluate program effectiveness through participation and feedback data and work
towards improving the process
Create and build out Educator Toolkit
Create and maintain a training material and best practices repository
Coordinate and organize offline training sessions at different venues
Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to present complex ideas in a simple and visual manner
Adept with tech tools required for training and facilitation
Ability to research and organize learning material on a need basis
Being detail oriented
Ability to connect with people
Educational Qualifications / Desired Experiences:
Education degree and/or experience in the education field
