Location: Pune

Reports To: Marketing Manager / Director of Marketing

We are seeking a skilled performance marketing executive with expertise in leveraging tools like Firebase and AppsFlyer to drive impactful app marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have 36 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically focusing on mobile app promotion, user acquisition, and retention optimization. This role involves developing data-driven campaigns, analysing user behaviour, and optimizing performance to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management:
  Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and display networks, to drive app downloads and user acquisition.
• Firebase & AppsFlyer Utilization:
  Use Firebase and AppsFlyer for advanced tracking, attribution, and analytics to gain actionable insights into user behaviour, campaign performance, and app lifecycle metrics.
• Retargeting & Re-engagement:
• Create and manage retargeting strategies to reengage lapsed users and boost conversion rates through personalized campaigns on multiple channels.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  Monitor campaign performance using Firebase, AppsFlyer, and other analytics tools to track KPIs such as ROI, LTV, CAC, and retention. Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for optimization.
• User Retention & Engagement:
  Develop strategies to enhance user retention and engagement through push notifications, in-app messaging, and dynamic user segmentation using Firebases engagement tools.
• A/B Testing:
  Conduct A/B testing to optimize creative assets, landing pages, and campaign settings for maximum performance and impact.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and effective campaign execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience of 3-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on app promotion and user engagement.
• Firebase Expertise:
  Proficient in using Firebase tools for analytics, user engagement, push notifications, and dynamic linking.
• AppsFlyer Proficiency:
  In-depth knowledge of AppsFlyer for mobile attribution, deep linking, and campaign performance analysis.
• Performance Marketing:
  Proven experience in managing PPC, social media ads, and programmatic campaigns.
• Retargeting Expertise:
  Demonstrated success in creating retargeting campaigns and improving conversion rates.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
  Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Firebase, and other data platforms.
• Technical Skills:
  Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and campaign management software.
• Communication:
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey data-driven insights clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or mobile app marketing.
• Experience in the IT services and solutions industry.
• Familiarity with other tools like Adjust, Braze, or CleverTap.
