Solution Architect

We are looking for a skilled solution architect; you will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of end-to-end software solutions for clients in diverse industries. Leveraging your expertise in open-source technologies, enterprise platforms,.NET, mobile, IoT, and cloud, you will drive technical excellence, ensure project success, and foster collaboration between onshore and offshore teams. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise-grade solutions, the ability to work with geographically distributed teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key roles and responsibilities:

1. Architecture and Design:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of complex software solutions across open-source, enterprise platforms,.NET, mobile, IoT, and cloud technologies.

• Ensure alignment of solution architecture with business needs, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.

• Develop reusable frameworks, patterns, and best practices to accelerate delivery across projects.

2. Delivery Ownership:

• Drive the successful execution of projects by collaborating with development teams, ensuring adherence to design principles, and meeting timelines.

• Provide technical oversight during development, testing, and deployment phases.

• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and recommend solutions proactively.

3. Collaboration with Distributed Teams:

• Collaborate with USA-based clients and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Manage and coordinate offshore teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

• Facilitate seamless communication between onshore and offshore teams, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

4. Technology Expertise:

• Build solutions leveraging expertise in:
• Open-source technologies (e.g., Python, Node.js, Angular, React, etc.). Must
• Enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft.NET ecosystem, Azure). Must
• Mobile technologies (e.g., iOS, Android, cross-platform frameworks like Flutter, Xamarin). Good to have
• IoT AI/ML (e.g., edge computing, sensor integration, real-time data processing). Good to have
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.

5. Technical Leadership and Governance:

• Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines across projects.

• Perform architecture reviews, validate designs, and approve technical decisions.

• Mentor and guide teams on technical challenges, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.

6. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

• Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance delivery capabilities.

• Stay up to date with advancements in IoT, cloud, and software development to ensure solutions remain innovative and competitive.

7. Stakeholder Management:

• Prepare and present architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and technical proposals to clients and senior leadership.

• Align technical solutions with business objectives and client expectations.

• Ensure delivery excellence by balancing technical feasibility with budget and timeline constraints.

8. Documentation and Compliance:

• Create comprehensive architecture and design documentation, including system diagrams, integration workflows, and specifications.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 10-15 years in software services with a proven track record in architecture and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions.

• Design end-to-end software architectures using Node.js for the backend and React.js for the frontend, ensuring scalability and performance.

• Design and oversee the architecture of full-stack applications, integrating the frontend (React.js) with the backend (Node.js).

• Create scalable, high-performance systems to handle dynamic data and large user bases.

• Evaluate and select the best-fit open-source tools, libraries, and frameworks to meet the project's technical requirements.

• Implement design patterns such as MVC, microservices, or serverless architectures to meet application requirements.

• Design and document strategies for integrating third-party APIs, services, or open-source components into the solution.

• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience in managing geographically distributed teams (USA and offshore).

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Certifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional/ Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework certification
