EkAnek, as the name suggests, is one platform with many applications.
EkAnek Networks is a VC-funded startup that is building the rails of what we believe will be the next wave of eCommerce 2.0. We are tech-first, building rich buying experiences, working closely with influencers & brands and creating the necessary support infrastructure.
Our first product, FOXY, is India's first hyper-personalized beauty social commerce app. We understand that everyone's beauty and personal care needs are unique. Hence, we enable a tailor made and personalized exploration and shopping experience through our platform. We connect consumers with beauty influencers, artists and top brands.
Role and Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute the company's strategic objectives.
- Coordinate and monitor progress on key initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Communication and Liaison:
- Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and review communications, presentations, and reports for the CEO.
Project Management:
- Lead and oversee special projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Information Management:
- Manage the flow of information to and from the CEO's office, ensuring critical information is prioritized and communicated effectively.
Calendar and Time Management:
- Manage the CEO's schedule, including prioritizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Anticipate and address scheduling conflicts or time-sensitive issues.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Education & Relevant Experience:
- 1-2+ years of experience in CEO office/Strategy roles in Startups
- MBA from Tier 1/2 Institutes
- Strong Program Management skills & ability to hustle & lead cross functional teams to execute projects successfully.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate.
- Exceptional problem-solving & critical thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership & team management skills.
