As part of our growth journey, we are looking to hire a dynamic and motivated employee for Founder's Office who will work closely with our leadership team to assist with high-priority projects, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day operations.

Role Overview:

As someone in the Founder's Office at CoinCROWD, you will have the unique opportunity to gain exposure to the inner workings of a fast-paced startup. You will assist the founders and senior leadership team in a variety of operational, strategic, and research tasks, providing you with invaluable experience in entrepreneurship, product development, and crypto/blockchain technology.

This will allow you to learn about how startups scale, how strategic decisions are made, and how to drive innovation in the crypto space. You'll work on cross-functional projects, contribute to key company initiatives, and support the founders in both day-to-day management and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Support: Assist the founders in tracking and managing strategic initiatives and key projects across different teams.

- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and track industry trends to provide insights that inform business strategies.

- Communication & Coordination: Draft communications, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional meetings and projects.

- Product & Development Support: Collaborate with product and engineering teams on various research and feedback-gathering tasks to refine CoinCrowd's product offerings.

- Operations Management: Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring the smooth running of company processes and workflows.

- Investor Relations: Support in preparing investor presentations, updates, and reports to help facilitate fundraising efforts and maintain relationships with current investors.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Help analyze key metrics, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.

What We're Looking For:

- Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a top-tier MBA/PGDM program from Dubai based university or college with a focus on Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Passion for Crypto & Blockchain: A keen interest in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space, with a willingness to learn and dive into the complexities of the industry.

- Analytical Skills: Strong research and analytical abilities, with the capacity to synthesize complex information and generate actionable insights.

- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and handle ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment.

- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

- Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using a variety of software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Slack, project management tools, etc.). Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.

- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment. Willingness to take ownership of projects and deliver results with minimal supervision.
