Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales of Quicard in the hospitality and residential sectors, helping hotels and housing societies understand the critical role of data privacy, security, and compliance with DPDPA. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development: Identify, engage, and close deals with hotels, housing societies, and gated communities for Quicards verification management system.
Market Education & Awareness: Educate potential customers on data privacy, security, and compliance requirements under DPDPA, positioning Quicard as the ideal solution.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking, outreach, and strategic partnerships.
Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and pain points, offering tailored solutions to simplify and enhance their verification processes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with property managers, security heads, hotel executives, and decision-makers to drive adoption.
Negotiation & Closure: Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiation.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and improve client engagement strategies.
Key Qualifications
3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in hospitality tech, security solutions, SaaS, or verification services.
Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (DPDPA), compliance requirements, and digital identity solutions is preferred.
Proven ability to sell to hotels, housing societies, real estate firms, or security solution providers.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while meeting sales targets.
Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in B2B SaaS sales or enterprise solutions is a plus.
