Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager specializing in sales hiring, your primary responsibility will be to lead the recruitment efforts for the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Talent Acquisition Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to the sales departments needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and align recruitment efforts with business goals.

Recruitment Process Management:

• End-to-end recruitment process for sales positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Candidate Assessment and Selection:

• Conduct thorough assessments of candidates to evaluate their sales skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate interview rounds and make data-driven hiring decisions.
• Manage the offer negotiation process and work closely with HR and legal teams to finalize employment contracts.

Employer Branding and Talent Pipeline Development:

• Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and sales networks to create a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
