Sr Executive/Assistant Manager - HR

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: creating job descriptions, posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, facilitating assessments written, virtual and in-person, conducting background checks.
• Managing full cycle of employee onboarding.
• Handle employee confirmation process.
• Facilitate engagement activities in line with the yearly engagement calendar.
• Maintain employee documentation digitally.
• Handle employee contracting across employee life cycle.
• Maintain HR trackers for activities handled across employee life cycle.
• Manage employee exits.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduation is mandatory, post-graduation preferred, in Human Resources.
• 2- 5 years of experience in handling recruitment and HR operations, preferably in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent organizational & attention to detail skills.
• Ability to prioritize work tasks and deliver efficiently.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good command over written and spoken English.
