MICE Sales Assistant Manager

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and agencies for MICE business.
• Assist in achieving revenue targets by selling event spaces, conference packages, and related services.
• Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure bookings.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to promote the venue and services.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales strategies.

Event Coordination & Client Servicing:

• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (operations, catering, reservations) to ensure smooth event execution.
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the event planning process.
• Ensure that all event requirements are communicated effectively to the operations team.
• Attend major industry trade shows, networking events, and sales missions to promote the company.

Reporting & Administration:

• Maintain an updated database of leads, bookings, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting for MICE sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field experience in MICE sales, hotel sales, or event management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
• Knowledge of the hospitality and events industry trends.
• Flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends when required.
