FP&A Manager (Business Partner)

Develop and implement financial strategies to support product and technology initiatives Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations for business decisions Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for R&D and G&A functions Oversee financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development for product, technology and supporting functions Monitor and report on key financial metrics, performance indicators, and ROI for R&D and G&A functions Conduct variance analysis and identify drivers of financial performance to inform strategic actions Collaborate with R&D and G&A leaders to align financial goals with business objectives Lead internal projects and new business opportunities based on modeling Provide financial guidance and support to R&D and G&A leaders, facilitating informed decision-making Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting systems Develop and enhance financial reporting tools and processes to improve data visibility and decision-making Build scalable processes and systems to provide transparency and efficiency across the organization 6+ years of experience in FP&A roles at a SaaS or high-growth technology company High analytical skills with a strong aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem-solving involving financial modeling and working with large data sets Has experience and passion for hyper-growth SaaS and/or enterprise software business models and collaborating with product and technology teams Has proven experience working cross-functionally and is a thoughtful collaborator and great listener, keenly focused on understanding business challenges, building strong relationships, and driving impact Can communicate complex financial concepts with precision and clarity Displays a high level of genuine curiosity about our business, exhibits eagerness to learn, and is biased toward action Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch Familiarity with standard FP&A tools (Anaplan, Hyperion, Adaptive and/or Pigment)
