Graphic/Visual Designer - Adobe Creative Suite (3-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders and articulate the rationale behind design decisions.

- Design engaging and high-quality graphics for our website, social media ads, and other marketing materials

- Create visually appealing infographics to communicate complex information in a simple and accessible manner

- Build and lead our production design team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers

- Design landing pages and web experiences that are optimized for user engagement and conversion

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field

- At least 3 years of experience as a brand designer, with a portfolio showcasing your skills and abilities

- Strong understanding of branding, graphic design principles, and typography

- Proficient in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

- 2+ years experience designing websites and web experiences. (Webflow experience preferred)

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
