Operation Executive - Relocation

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operational Executive with at least 1 year of logistics experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding, container booking, and client coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pricing: Prepare quotations for clients based on their requirements.
• Container Booking: Manage and book containers for shipments.
• Freight Forwarding: Handle freight forwarding operations and coordination.
• Shipping Line and Agent Coordination: Liaise with shipping lines and agents to ensure smooth operations.
• Client Assistance: Provide clients with proper assistance regarding documentation and shipping requirements.
• Quote Follow-up: Follow up on provided quotations and maintain client relationships.
• Relocation Expertise: Manage the logistics for personal effects and household goods relocations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, container booking, and freight forwarding.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in handling personal effects and household goods relocation is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
