- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, screen and direct them to the appropriate
department - Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to pitch services.

- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and customer details.
Requirements/Skills
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
