Urgently looking for ASM/TSM/SO Profiles .

Locations :

1)Orissa: Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Khordha, Baleswar, Bhadrak, Baripada, Kendujhar, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Deogarh, Angul, Balangir, Ganjam, Rayagada, Kandhamal

2) Bihar: Patna, Chhapra, Nalanda, Baishali, Samastipur, Champaran, Siwan, Mujaffarpur, Madhubani, Darbhanga, Purnia, Katihar, Bhagalpur, Kishangunj

3) Nagpur: Nagpur Base, Amaravati, Wardha, Akola, Buldhana, Washim, Yavatmal, Chandrapur, Bhandara, Gondia, Gadchiroli

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and supervise TSMs, SOs, and distributor teams in the region.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Ensure effective distribution of products across all channels.
• Manage and grow relationships with distributors in the territory.
• Develop and implement territory-level sales plans.
• Ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners.
• Monitor channel performance and provide necessary support.
• Visit retail outlets to generate sales and build relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must be from FMCG industry only.

• ASM: Lead regional sales, manage teams, drive targets, and strategize growth.
• TSM: Execute territory sales plans, manage distributors, and supervise SOs.
• SO: Drive ground-level sales, ensure product visibility, and expand market reach.
