Job Description

Role Summary: In this role, you will be in a team that excels in developing innovative and creative ideas according to the brand s positioning and brief as well as acquiring new clients through pitching of various value propositions and creating compelling brand Presentations.

Roles Responsibilities:

Interpret brief from Key Account Managers and clients to understand the brand positioning, key Marketing Challenge, Brand/Initiative Objective and resources available

Conceptualizing digital led strategies and solutions to address client/brand requirements

Working closely with the sales teams on brand briefs development, Intellectual Properties on the channels, Branded Content Integrations, and Multimedia 360 degree solutions

Research (primary as well as secondary) to understand the user behaviour and varying industry perspectives

Keeping abreast with the current digital trends in national and international markets and capable of replicating / developing the same for the company clients and channels

Drive ideation across all relevant businesses (media, content, social media, on-ground events, etc.) through brainstorming sessions, along with the relevant stakeholders

Establishing good industry connections with talent, artists, production houses, influencers

Maintaining relationships with vendors and liaising with them for end to end execution of ideas

Create complete media solution proposal for the brand including rollout plan, budgets, logistics, etc. and secure approval basis suggested changes, if any

Execute agreed plan through key stakeholders in all relevant vehicles

Having a deep understanding of how to create business driven creative solutions

Skills Required:

You have a Master s Degree in Business, Marketing or General Management

You have at least 1 year of solid experience in brand solutions and marketing in Media Industry

You have a strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements and their business sales

You have demonstrated experience in developing brand and marketing strategies as well as providing recommendations to the team

You stay up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices

You are a rapid learner with ability to work both independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment

You possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish connections and working relationships across teams

You have a creative and strategic mind set to produce innovative and original campaign ideas

You are driven by data and have an affinity for numbers
