Relationship Manager - Socio Spiritual Organization (5-10 yrs)

We are looking for a dedicated Relationship Manager to join our socio-spiritual organization. This role is essential for creating, nurturing and managing the prestigious donor base and ensuring that their contributions are recognized and valued. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for our mission, and the ability to meet monthly donation-collection goals while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with donors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with prestigious donors and community leaders.

- Schedule and conduct regular meetings with donors to provide updates and gather feedback.

- Monitor and ensure that monthly donation-collection goals are achieved, developing strategies to engage donors effectively.

- Oversee the timely processing of donations and ensure that funds are deposited promptly, and donors receive receipts timely and acknowledgment for their contributions.

- Maintain consistent communication with donors through newsletters, personal outreach to keep them informed and engaged.

- Actively solicit and incorporate donor feedback to enhance engagement strategies and improve the donation experience.

- Continuously assess relationship management practices and implement improvements as needed.

- Work closely with the finance team to align donor strategies with overall organizational goals.

- Planning and execution of fundraising drive, events and campaigns
