Responsibilities:
Sales Trainee will work alongside the mentors and will assist sales team in prospecting and client communication

Job Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Assisting in identifying potential customers through
various means such as cold calling, warm leads. You'll learn how to qualify leads and
prioritize them based on their likelihood to convert.
2. Sales Techniques and Strategies: Understanding different sales techniques, objection
handling, and closing strategies. You'll observe experienced sales representatives and
gradually apply these techniques under supervision.
3. CRM and Sales Tools: Familiarizing yourself with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other sales tools used to manage customer interactions, track leads, and monitor sales performance.
