Role Overview :

- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven CSR Director specializing in the education sector.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conceptualizing, implementing, and managing high-impact CSR programs, with a focus on fundraising and stakeholder engagement.

- The primary goal of this role is to raise - 50 Crores in CSR funds within 12 months to support our educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Fundraising and Resource Mobilization:

- Develop and execute a robust CSR fundraising strategy to achieve a - 50 Crore target in a year.

- Identify and engage with potential corporate partners, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to align with donor CSR mandates.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build and nurture relationships with CSR heads, corporate leaders, and key decision-makers.

- Organize and attend networking events, conferences, and donor meetings.

- Act as the key point of contact for corporate partners, ensuring clear communication and regular updates.

Program Development and Management:

- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver impactful education programs aligned with corporate CSR priorities.

- Oversee program implementation, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely reporting to donors.

Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure alignment with the Companies Act, 2013, and all relevant CSR regulations.

- Prepare and present detailed reports on fund utilization, program impact, and key outcomes to stakeholders.

Innovation and Strategy:

- Identify emerging trends in CSR and education to develop innovative partnership opportunities.

- Create strategies to position [Company Name] as a preferred CSR partner in the education sector.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in CSR, fundraising, or business development, preferably in the education sector.

- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to raise significant funds, preferably - 20 Crores+ annually, through CSR partnerships.

- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.
