Job Description:
- As the B2B Sales Manager for India Operations, you will play a key role in driving business development and sales for our educational solutions.
- You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with prestigious schools, educational bodies, and other relevant organizations across various regions.
- This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the education landscape in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and approach top-tier schools and educational institutions across India to introduce our solutions and services.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target high-potential school networks and educational institutions.
- Relationship Building: Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as school principals, headmasters, administrators, and education coordinators.
- Partnerships: Negotiate and close partnership agreements that align with our company's goals while providing value to educational institutions.
- Market Research: Stay informed on the latest education trends and competitor activity in the Indian market to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the global sales and product teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with product offerings and customer needs.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline progress, and client feedback to management.
Qualifications:.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably within the education sector.
- A strong network and understanding of the Indian education system, especially in K-12 institutions.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate and close large-scale deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.
- A passion for education and the ability to convey the value of innovative learning solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:.
- Previous experience in selling educational technology or curriculum-based products is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the Indian educational landscape and government policies related to education.
