As Sales Leader - Partnerships & Institutional Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing B2B revenue strategies, building relationships with top Indian brands, and unlocking unconventional revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute strategies to build a robust B2B revenue pipeline.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and maximise existing partnerships.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with leaders across top Indian brands and associations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaborations.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Drive partnerships and deals from initiation to closure, meeting revenue targets.
- Focus on both relationship-driven and number-driven sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Market Insights and Innovation:
- Spot revenue opportunities in unconventional areas and turn them into successful partnerships.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify gaps and opportunities.
Brand Representation:
- Represent us with professionalism and charisma, showcasing our value proposition to potential partners.
- Act as a brand ambassador, advocating for the mission to empower local businesses.

- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exposure to Indian markets and familiarity with the ecosystem of top Indian brands.
