Role: Partnerships Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Partnerships Managers for our offices in Bangalore and Jaipur. Each role focuses on building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with universities and colleges to drive student admissions for IIDE's programs. The ideal candidates will have proven experience in partnerships, admissions management, and stakeholder engagement within the education sector. Strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the local higher education landscape, and the ability to lead a motivated team of callers are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development:
- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in universities and colleges to drive enrollment and establish long-term partnerships.
- Identify and establish new partnerships with educational institutions to expand IIDE's reach and brand presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and propose relevant programs that align with institutional goals.
Admissions and Enrollment Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive student admissions through a team of callers, ensuring targets and deadlines are consistently met.
- Monitor, optimize, and refine lead generation strategies to maximize conversion rates from inquiries to enrollments.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute campaigns targeting prospective students in the respective regions.
Stakeholder and Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for universities and colleges, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any concerns.
- Manage the lifecycle of relationships, from initial outreach to post-enrollment engagement, to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and retention.
- Organize events, webinars, and information sessions to promote IIDE's programs and build relationships with the academic community.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Maintain detailed records of partnerships, lead generation, and enrollment progress, tracking key performance metrics.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to senior management, highlighting insights and areas for improvement.
- Prepare presentations and reports to showcase success stories and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of admissions callers, providing training, guidance, and resources to meet enrollment targets.
- Motivate and empower the team to deliver exceptional results, maintaining high levels of productivity and engagement.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
- 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or admissions management, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
- Proven track record in driving student admissions through a team of callers.
- Strong relationship-building skills with universities, colleges, or educational institutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (Bangalore) and Hindi (Jaipur); proficiency in Kannada (Bangalore) is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities and a goal-oriented mindset.
Should-Have:
- Experience in the higher education or EdTech sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently.
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of local languages (Kannada for Bangalore; other regional languages for Jaipur).
- Previous experience working with academic stakeholders in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with admissions software.
Education:
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Locations:
- Bangalore, India: A focus on engaging with universities and colleges in the city to drive admissions and establish partnerships. Fluency in Kannada is a key requirement for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Jaipur, India: A focus on developing relationships with higher education institutions in Jaipur and North India. Fluency in Hindi is essential for effective local engagement.
