Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities :

• Concept Design : Develop design concepts that align with client requirements and brand identity, creating mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to visually communicate ideas.
• Space Planning : Plan and optimize the layout of spaces to ensure maximum functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal, considering factors such as traffic flow, lighting, and furniture placement.
• Material Selection : Select and specify materials, finishes, colors, furnishings, and accessories that align with the client’s vision and budget.
• Project Management : Oversee all stages of the design process, including site surveys, project timelines, budget management, contractor coordination, and quality control.
• Collaboration : Work closely with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is accurately executed.
• Client Interaction : Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations, providing expert advice and guidance on design choices.
• 3D Visualizations : Use design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D Max) to create realistic visualizations and presentations for clients.
• Budget Management : Prepare project cost estimates, manage project budgets, and ensure that designs stay within the specified budget while maintaining high quality.
• Vendor Management : Source and liaise with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and materials.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and local legislation.
