Edgistify - Senior Operations Manager (4-8 yrs)

Profile Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager with a strong focus on client coordination, strategic planning, and warehouse operations. This role requires managing the operational flow across multiple clients, both B2B and B2C, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Coordination- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, ensuring smooth communication, managing expectations, and addressing operational issues. Build strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

- Warehouse Operations - Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processing, and order fulfillment. Ensure operational efficiency and accuracy in stock levels.

- Strategic Planning - Develop and execute operational strategies to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase service levels. Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement in productivity and client delivery standards.

- Multi-Client Management - Manage complex operations for both B2B and B2C clients, aligning processes with varied client objectives. Balance priorities to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and client requirements.

- Manpower and Resource Management - Oversee workforce allocation, ensuring optimal staffing levels and productivity. Manage team performance and training to achieve operational goals.

- Technology-Driven Solutions - Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other tools to optimize inventory control, workflow automation, and operational performance.

- Process Optimization - Lead continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean methodologies and automation to streamline operations, minimize waste, and drive scalability.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in operations management, with a strong background in warehouse management, logistics, and client coordination.

- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and align operational processes to their specific needs.

1. Strategic mindset with the ability to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

2. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

3. Experience in WMS and other relevant operational systems is preferred.

4. Experience in the 3PL industry is a plus, but not required.

Salary Budget - Upto 20 lacs per annum + other perks
