Job Description

- Our client is a leading global financial institution with a growing presence in India.

- Due to their continued expansion, they have created a new Senior Director role to lead complex business and technology transformation initiatives, with a focus on Corporate & Investment Banking Operations.

- In this role, you will represent the Product & Technology Teams, gaining a broad organizational view while driving operational excellence and transformations. Strong business management and influencing skills, combined with deep IT expertise, are crucial for success in this role.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timely outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.

- Manage technology-based delivery projects, including build, test, and deploy phases (front-to-back programs).

- Oversee Corporate and Investment Banking projects, including new business initiatives and mandatory regulatory programs.

- Act as an internal consultant, fostering strong collaboration between Product, Technology, and Business teams.

- Ensure all activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, the Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework, and internal policy standards.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- A proven track record with at least 20+ years of experience managing large-scale strategic change, transformation, and project execution within Corporate and Investment Banking, with a broad understanding of products, processes, and systems.

- Prior experience in implementing large-scale technology solutions in Corporate & Investment Banking.

- Ability to lead multi-billion-dollar projects, handle new entity setups, and deliver on strategic goals.

- Strong understanding of relevant and up-to-date technical knowledge, applications, techniques, and the changing regulatory environment, both in India and globally, and its impact on operations.

- Proven solutioning skills with the ability to build bridges between Product and Technology Teams, provide running commentary, justify business cases, and drive successful change in operational processes.
