• On a daily basis, provide administrative support to all department.
• Assisting with staff and client co-ordination and record keeping.
• Managed the company updates and changes.
• To carry out administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, sending-receiving information.
• Coordinate with all the staffs.
• Follow up calls with enquiries, documentation handling.
• Marinating office supplies inventory and placing orders when its necessary.
• To provide support and help to the management team.

Back Office Executive Skills

• Must be well-organized
• Knowledge of how to use computer systems is required
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office, Excel, and other software is required
• It is essential to have prior experience as an Office Executive
