Job Description
- Proficiency in SAP ECC S/4 HANA Material Management and SAP Ariba.
- Experience in designing and developing solutions for end-to-end business processes aligned with organizational strategies.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles, including document traffic monitoring (idocs XML) and traffic from payment channels.
- Expertise in managing SRM user accounts, organizational structures, and external vendor support.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting L3-level tickets, incidents, and service requests in line with ITSM standards (ISO 20000).
- Ability to design new solutions for supplier collaboration using SAP Fiori and Webdynpro platforms.
- Familiarity with project implementation methodologies like Agile (Scrum), Activate Methodology, and Solution Manager.
- SAP Certified in MM and Ariba.
Good-to-Have Skillsets (Optional):
- Experience with public tendering processes and executive tendering committee support.
- Knowledge of Master Data objects and cutover approaches.
- Exposure to scripting and automation tools.
- Familiarity with application upgrades, maintenance, and downtime activities.
- Experience with supporting external IT vendors for project execution.
Qualifications Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SAP procurement solutions.
- Proven expertise in addressing IT and operational needs through innovative solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
