About Us:
At Ecorgy Solutions, we are revolutionizing the US Healthcare BPO sector by delivering seamless and efficient medical billing solutions. To support our expanding operations, we are seeking experienced Team Leaders to manage our Billing/Revenue team and ensure accurate, timely claim submissions and revenue cycle efficiency.

Role Overview:
As a Team Leader US Medical Billing, you will play a critical role in overseeing billing operations, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements. You will be responsible for managing a team of medical billers, monitoring claim submissions, identifying and resolving errors, and coordinating with multiple teams to optimize billing accuracy and revenue cycle performance.

Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor s degree
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in US medical billing or a similar role
Strong understanding of billing software and electronic medical records (EMR)
Expertise in claim submission, denial management, AR follow-up, and revenue cycle management
Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT codes, and insurance guidelines
Ability to identify internal team errors and ensure timely resolution
Proficiency in preparing reports and providing insights to Operations Managers and higher management
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage a team and drive operational efficiency
Experience in client coordination and process improvement strategies
Willingness to work from our office premises in Elippode, Trivandrum

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Billing/Revenue team, ensuring high productivity and efficiency
Monitor and ensure timely submission of claims to insurance providers and follow up on unpaid claims
Identify billing errors and implement corrective actions to minimize claim rejections and denials
Coordinate with other departments to address issues affecting the billing process
Prepare and present reports to Operations Managers and senior leadership for process improvements
