  • Job Title: Ecommerce - Brand Development Associate
  • Salary: ₹3 - ₹3.5 Lakh per annum
  • Working Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM
  • Working Days: Monday - Saturday
  • Week Off: Sunday

Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Ecommerce - Brand Development Associate. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing personalized support and expert guidance for their Ecommerce Accounts. You will be responsible for developing strategies that drive sales growth, optimizing product listings, managing advertising campaigns, and addressing operational issues. Your efforts will be instrumental in fostering long-term relationships, improving client performance, and ensuring their success on competitive platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement customized strategies to enhance clients' presence, sales, and brand visibility on eCommerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.

  • Operational Support: Promptly address and resolve operational issues, ensuring smooth client operations and compliance with platform policies.

  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze clients' performance metrics, providing actionable insights to boost sales and optimize inventory management.

  • Advertising Campaigns: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create, monitor, and optimize effective marketing campaigns.

  • Communication: Keep clients informed about performance, strategy adjustments, and emerging opportunities, ensuring consistent and transparent communication.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client performance, strategy outcomes, and future plans.

Key Skills:


  • Apart from the above key skills, all additional skills required for the role will be provided through comprehensive training from the scratch.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while providing tailored support.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in eCommerce platforms, especially Amazon and Flipkart adds advantage.

  • Problem-solving skills, with a proactive and strategic approach.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any specialization or stream regardless of your background, if you have a passion for learning and wish to work in the dynamic eCommerce domain, you are welcome to apply.

  • Experience in account management and eCommerce platforms, with a preference for Amazon and Flipkart experience.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
