Executive - Operations (FC / Warehouse Operations)

Role & responsibilities

• Take care of stock received and stock outward & inward etc.
• To follow laid down operational SOPs [Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, RTO] & personnel policies & procedures.
• Safeguards fulfillment centre operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of fulfillment centre implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment.
• Completes fulfillment centre operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains fulfillment centre staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Proven work experience in fulfillment centre handling.
• Strong in fulfillment centre management procedures and best practices.
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Hands on experience with fulfillment centre management software.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
