Senior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accurate journal entries.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing and vendor payments.
• Knowledge of financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor, customer and manage cash flow.
• Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Project financing.
• Banking LC, BG documentation, annual renewals.
• Vendor channel financing account maintain.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies.
• Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement claims.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Knowledge of Export & Import documentation.
