Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes for guests.
  
• Handle guest complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  
• Supervise reception staff, providing guidance on hotel policies and procedures.
  
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in hospitality industry with a focus on front office management or similar role.
  
• BHM degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent).
  
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including PMS systems and software applications used in the industry.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle diverse customer needs effectively.
