Project Architect/ Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Deliver Excellence: Execute construction, interiors, and furnishings that meet luxury hospitality standards.
• Collaborate Creatively: Work with architects, designers, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Optimize Quality: Ensure every detail reflects premium craftsmanship and aesthetic appeal.
• Innovate Sustainably: Incorporate energy-efficient and sustainable solutions in project execution.
• Maintain Standards: Oversee compliance with safety, environmental, and brand regulations.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (required)
• Diploma/Certification in Interior Design, Soft Furnishing, or Project Management (preferred)

Experience:

• 5 to 8 years in civil project execution
• At least 5 years in the hospitality or luxury hotel sector, with a proven track record of delivering high-end projects

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in civil construction and luxury interior project execution
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• Knowledge of high-end materials, finishes, and furnishings

Certifications (Preferred):

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• LEED Certification for sustainable construction practices
• Interior design or soft furnishing certifications from reputed institutes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
