Position: Junior Quality Manager
Location: Bangalore

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate Quality Manager to join our team and ensure the highest standards in product quality, processes, and supplier development.
Job Summary:
The Quality Manager will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality control procedures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role involves managing supplier quality, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvements in product and process quality.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product consistency.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
- Monitor product quality metrics in collaboration with quality teams.
- Ensure appropriate inspection equipment is deployed for production.
- Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality concerns.
- Support R&D in designing inspection methods for new product development.
- Conduct PPAP for all child parts to ensure supplier quality compliance.
- Perform regular part, process, and plant audits for quality assurance.
- Assess supplier capability and drive quality improvements.
- Resolve part quality issues through systematic analysis and corrective actions.
- Travel required both intra-city and inter-city as per business needs, along with regular visits to Mysore.
Skills and qualifications:
- Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Working Knowledge of quality tools like FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and control plans.
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in relevant software applications for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in Automotive manufacturing/EV Industry is a Plus.
