Job Details -

• Role - Internal Job Posting (IJP)
• Job Designation - Retainer (Please note that this role will be contracted for 1 year, depending upon your performance the contract period      will be extended/renewed or a permanent role will be offered)
• Education: Any Graduate (Completed)
• Location- Navi Mumbai - Airoli
• Required Notice period:- Max 30 Days
• Min exp required - 1 year to 9 Year
• Work Days - Mon to Friday
• Travel Facility - Provided
• Shift Timings - General Shift ( 10 am to 7 pm)
  

Must have experience: should have min 1 yrs of exp, managed IJP process along with reporting exp.

Skills: Proficient in Excel, excellent verbal and written communication skills, should be familiar with ATS

eClerx offered role includes-

• Process Management - Rolling out IJPs, coordinating with the hiring managers and applicants, evaluating candidature; conducting eligibility checks, scheduling interviews, following up on feedback, and closing RIDs in the system, timely offer roll-out and selection communication, collaborating with recruiters for RIDs openings.
• Regular advertising of the open positions in the organization, updating job descriptions with relevant information, and tracking applications
• Reporting: Weekly reporting to HRBPs, hiring managers, tracking applications report, analytics,
• Query management & resolution on the IJP process
