Position: International Voice Process

Location: IT Park, Chandigarh / Bestech Business Tower, Sec- 66 Mohali

Job Type: Full-time, On-Site

Shift: US Shift Timings (5 Days/Week, Rotational Week Offs)

Shift Duration: 9 hours/day (including a 1-hour break)

Who Should Apply:

We are seeking motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:

Graduates or Diploma Degree Holders (3-Year Diploma)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Willing to work from the office

Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts

Recent graduates (Class of 2021 or later)

Note: The graduation criteria is designed to encourage early career professionals. However, all applicants who meet the educational qualifications and have the required skills will be considered.

Compensation and Benefits:

Monthly Salary: ₹20,100 + Night Shift Allowance (up to ₹3,000)

Benefits:

Cabs available at nominal charges for night shifts

Location Preference:

Candidates from Chandigarh or nearby locations are preferred due to the on-site requirement.
