Position: International Voice Process

Location: IT Park, Chandigarh/ Bestech Business Tower, Sec-66 Mohali
Job Type: Full-time, On-Site
Shift: US Shift Timings (5 Days/Week, Rotational Week Offs)
Shift Duration: 9 hours/day (including a 1-hour break)
Who Should Apply:
We are seeking highly motivated candidates who meet the following criteria:
12th with 6 Months of BPO experience/ Graduates or Diploma Degree Holders (3-Year Diploma) - Class of 2020 or later.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work from the office
Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts
Compensation and Benefits:
Monthly Salary: ₹20,100 + Night Shift Allowance (up to ₹3,000)
Benefits:
Cabs available at nominal charges for night shifts
Bus service at nominal charges for day shifts
Free medical insurance coverage of ₹1 lakh (Cashless treatment at 50+ hospitals in Tricity)
24x7 medical helpline for employees
Location Preference:
We prefer candidates residing in or near Chandigarh due to the on-site nature of this job.
