Associate Process Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Set clear team goals and drive the team to achieve them within the set timeframe.
• Delegate tasks, set deadlines, and guide the team members to complete the tasks.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and meet daily deliverables goals.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics to the leadership team.
• Motivate team members and take accountability.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching.
• Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
• Encourage creativity and risk-taking and achieve high-level results.

• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• Functional knowledge of Adobe Creative applications is an added advantage.

Experience

• 3-5 Years Experience in Team Handling (25+ team members Creative Design field is preferred)

• Should be flexible for shifts
• Should be ready to work from the office
