Location: Hyderabad

Shift Hours: 06:30 PM - 03:30 AM

Work from Office

Immediate to 60 Days Notice Period will be Considered

AR Hospital Billing - 100

Graduates & Under Graduates are Applicable if the candidate holding up 1 year experience on Paper.

Role & responsibilities:

AR Physician Billing:

• Interacting with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to resolve payment issues.
• Stronghold Knowledge Medicare & Medicaid Insurance Plans and worked on CMS1500 form.
• Should have worked Supportive for Voice Support (Provider Side).
• Provide regular updates to management regarding the status of accounts receivable and any outstanding issues.
• Communicate with patients regarding outstanding balances, payment options, and billing inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, billing teams, insurance companies, and patients to resolve payment issues.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering patient inquiries related to bills, payments, and insurance coverage.

AR Hospital Billing:

• Ensuring that medical claims are submitted to insurance providers on time and following up on unpaid or denied claims to secure reimbursements.
• Stronghold Knowledge Medicare & Medicaid Insurance Plans and worked on UB04 form.
• Should have worked Supportive for Voice Support (Payor Side).
• Ensuring billing practices adhere to healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid) and maintaining accurate documentation for audits and reporting.
• Identifying reasons for claim denials, correcting errors, and submitting appeals to maximize reimbursement.
