Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager - Mortgage Loan to lead and drive sales within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing a team of loan officers, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for mortgage products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve mortgage loan targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of mortgage loan officers to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, builders, and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support career development of sales staff.
• Work closely with underwriting and credit teams to facilitate smooth loan processing.
• Analyze sales performance data and generate reports for senior management.
