TeleSales Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist at EchoPeak Solutions in Udupi. Shall be a part of Women Only team and will be responsible for generating new leads, communicating effectively, and supporting sales initiatives on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential customers using provided databases or lead lists.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing products or services.
Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and determining their interest level.
Address customer questions and concerns effectively.
Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals.
Update customer information and track sales activities in CRM software.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

Must be a resident of Udupi/Mangalore ONLY
Strong communication skills
Less than 3 years' experience
Experience in customer service or relevant profile is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
