Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement the regional sales strategy to achieve the companys sales goals and revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Establish clear sales targets for the team and ensure these are met consistently.

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to deliver excellent sales results.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, clients, and prospects.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by addressing client concerns and needs promptly.

Sales Operations:

• Manage day-to-day sales operations, including sales forecasts, reports, and budget management.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams
