We are hiring for Store Executive / Store Manager to be associated with a Leading National Distributor of Mobility Solutions in Gurugram.

Job Title: Store Executive / Store Manager

Location: Gurugram 


Type: Full-Time

Working time: 10am-8pm. All days

Week Off: (Tuesday weekly Off)

Key Responsibilities: -

Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and staffing.

- Drive sales and meet performance targets through strategic planning and team motivation.

- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure consistent performance.

- Maintain store presentation in alignment with companys brand image.

- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform business strategies.

Qualifications: -

Proven experience in retail management or sales leadership.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals.

- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering premium service.

- Familiarity with mobility solutions or technology-driven products is a plus.
