We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our two-wheeler dealership network across Pan India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, driving growth, and overseeing the overall performance of the sales team.

Mandatory Experience - Two Wheeler Automobile

Responsibilities -

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Pan India two-wheeler dealership network.
• Set ambitious sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) across regions and monitor performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Oversee and support all dealership operations across Pan India, ensuring optimal performance.
• Build strong relationships with dealership owners, managers, and staff to ensure alignment with company values, sales targets, and policies.
• Identify and evaluate potential new dealerships for expansion and assess performance of existing ones.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management to meet demand efficiently.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop region-specific campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
• Address customer complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction remains high.
• Develop customer loyalty programs and initiatives to increase retention and repeat sales.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading sales teams within the two-wheeler industry, a track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to manage and nurture relationships across diverse regions.

Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking are essential for success in this role.
