HOD Design (Process Design)
Key Responsibilities Basic Engineering - - Selection of Treatment Technology /Processes /treatment scheme to meet the process requirement / guarantees, developing the Process design, PFD, P&IDs, HFD, Layout, Process control philosophy etc for Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Industrial Effluent Treatment, Desalination plants etc
- - Process Lead in HAZOP, CHAZOP workshops
- - Preparation of Process GADs /Civil Guideline drawings
- - Process Equipment Specifications, Vendor offer Evaluation & selection of Process Equipment /Systems
- - Inputs to Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation &Control Designs /drawings
- - Prepare and monitor Overall Engineering Schedule, Engineering DCI, CTR (man hours)
- - Engineering coordination with Client, consultants and other stake holders
- - Preparation of Operation & Maintenance Manual, Commissioning Troubleshooting and ensuring successful process performance guarantees
- - Keep track of advancement in water /waste water treatment technologies, sludge treatment and management, life cycle cost approach to technologies
- - Well versed in treatment technologies /process design of MBR, SBR/MBBR/UF/RO etc
- - BE/B.TECH (Civil/Chemical/Mech) + Masters in Environmental Engineering from reputed Institutions
