Job Description:
We are seeking a resourceful and analytical Senior Analyst to join our Dispute Management & Payments Verification team. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payments, resolving customer disputes efficiently, and maintaining positive supplier relationships.
Responsibilities:
Investigate and analyse customer disputes related to payments, invoices, or other financial transactions.
Research and identify the root cause of discrepancies.
Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to gather information, resolve issues promptly, and ensure satisfaction.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of payment documentation.
Analyse payment trends and identify areas for improvement in the payment s verification process.
Develop and implement strategies to minimize payment errors and disputes.
Prepare detailed reports on dispute management and payment verification activity.
Stay up to date on industry regulations and best practices for payments processing.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to de-escalate situations and build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
Proven experience in researching and resolving complex financial disputes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and relevant accounting software (mention specific accounting software used by your company if applicable)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
