Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandise strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to inform buying decisions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective inventory management, stock control, and logistics planning.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to set goals, provide feedback, and coach for improvement.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the organization.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in apparel industry with expertise in buying & merchandising.
  
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with ability to present complex ideas effectively.
  
• Proficiency in TNA (Total Network Analysis) software; knowledge of other ERP systems an added advantage.
