Role & responsibilities :

Outbound Calling:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products/services. -

Lead Generation:

Identify and generate leads through various sources and follow up on them to convert into sales. Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers. -

Product Knowledge:

Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and address any queries or concerns.

CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our products/services and sales processes.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and share insights.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors Degree

Min. 1-2 Years of Tele calling or Sales Experience

Stock Market Knowledge, Tele sales, CRM, Tech Savvy, Excel, Microsoft 365

Regional Language is Must (Hindi, English & Punjabi)
