Coordinate Architect

The opportunity:

You will be a part of a growing design team that looks to innovate how we design

and build.

The role will be focused towards leading design and build execution of the new

properties along with the design management . As a member of the design team

you will be involved throughout the Coordination and  design process. We shall

also be growing our enterprise and managed office space vertical which will

involve a holistic approach to design and you shall play a vital role to help

establish that.

Key Responsibilities:

Design + Construction

• Coordination and Designing and delivering to the highest quality through

all stages

• Constant design evaluation with physical models, 3D-modelling and

rendering

• Construction drawings and documents along with liaising with vendors

and contractors

• Coordination with the MEP consultants, Design Consultants, Civil

Consultants.

• Market research/ sourcing for materials, products and construction

techniques

• Assisting the required changes in the individual tenant spaces while

maintaining design coherency

• Coordinating with the internal sales and operations team for designing and

executing potential client requirements

• Establish design frameworks for smoother execution and consistency

• Product development and innovate to expand design and architecture

teams capabilities as a design studio

• Build innovation will be an important focus of this role

• Evaluate cost implications of designs to create a balance between value

engineering

and quality design.

Project Management

• Oversee project management to help timely execution of design

• Establish SOP and detailed processes for design, construction and project

management

• Assist in production of periodic project documentation with the aid of

design/progress reports

• Co-ordination with MOEF consultant, MEP Consultant, Liasoning

consultants, traffic consultant, landscape consultant, etc.

• Co-ordination with engineers team for ensuring implementation of the

project is as per the planning.

• Help during the contract negotiation phase, and may suggest and choose

the contractors for different activities. Once all tenders are received, you

will carry out analysis reports, and results are compared with the client’s

expectations and budget

• Once construction begins, you will perform site visits and meetings,

negotiations with contracts and dealing with and resolving any problems

that may occur.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of work experience in an Architecture/ ID
• Bachelors degree in Architecture
• Proactive and enthusiastic
• Curious and open-minded about design process
• Able to take guidance as well as work with a team
• Great time management and organisational skills
• Able to communicate design ideas verbally and visually

Technical Skills:

• Fluent user of AutoCAD, Rhino, Vray, Lumion rendering
• Fluent user of Microsoft office (Excel particularly)
• Fluent user of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
