Role & responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations, ensuring security, safety, and maintenance.
• Manage security services, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response.
• Supervise maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire codes, and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with security teams to implement risk management strategies.
• Manage vendor contracts for security, housekeeping, and maintenance services.
• Develop and manage budgets for facility and security operations.
• Conduct facility inspections, audits, and preventive maintenance planning.
