IT (Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Specialist)

Job description

We are hiring an IT Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition Specialist for our organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Post vacancies in Naukri and LinkedIn portals.
• Determine selection criteria, screening candidates, Round One interview, shortlisting, final screening, candidate profile checking, and scheduling interviews with clients.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
• Preparation of Salary Breakup & Negotiation with a Candidate.
• Documentation and joining formalities.
• Preparation of reports.
• Should be able to handle escalations and client coordination.

Desired candidates

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g. Linkedin & Naukri.com Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Should have good knowledge of Advanced Excel & MS Office.
• Experience in IT and Infrastructure requirements.
