Service Delivery Manager- IT infrastructure

Job Overview:

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and maintenance of services contracts in the IT services industry. This role ensures the successful delivery of projects within scope, on time, and within budget while managing team performance and client satisfaction. The candidate will also be required to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and third-party vendors, to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to safety, quality, and statutory standards.

Candidate should be willing to travel to customer location site ( pan India) as per project need.

Would be responsible for end to end service delivery planning, execution and maintenance of services contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and maintain services contracts in the assigned territory.
• Work with head office and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget project delivery.
• Monitor service delivery as per contract SLAs.
• Plan, allocate resources, and manage branch teams.
• Measure project performance using tools and techniques.
• Ensure project expenses and commitments remain within budget.
• Oversee delivery of goods to sites and ensure safety and quality policy implementation.
• Ensure 100% adherence to statutory requirements.
• Lead, motivate, and build efficient teams for customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

Must be ITIL certified.

Ability to lead and build productive teams.

Experience in handling complex projects.

Strong communication with internal and external teams.
